August 2006 - Opel Astra Panorama:

Shipment quantities for the Opel Astra windshield supplied to Opel in Antwerp, have exceeded the quoted and expected volumes for two months in a row. AGP is close to achieve the quantities required for a full two shift assembly in Opel Antwerp's line.

• New AGP 360 glazing: the new line of cielo and panoramic windshields from AGP.

• New AGP MIDDLE EAST OFFICE: Due to new challenges AGP has opened an office to cover the Middle East area located at Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

• AGP - BMW: AGP has started the OEM Program of glasses for the BMW X5.

• AGP - OPEL: After 18 months of intensive development activities, AGP Peru started serial production of the Panorama Windshield option of the Opel Astra GTC.

March 2006 - LOTUS EUROPA - S:

Lotuscars Ltd. has unveiled their latest sportscar in the 76th Geneva Motorshow. This car shares the basic specifications with the best-seller Elise but with and improved comfort and an everyday driving experience. AGP started the development of the complete glass set as project Sepang early in 2005 and received the final approval in August 2005. Serial production is underway.

July 2004

GENERAL MOTORS - ADAM OPEL AG - GERMANY nominates American Glass Products to produce the Panoramic Windshield for the 2005 ASTRA GTC.

June 2004

PROTON/LOTUS CARS LIMITED - MALAYSIA/UK nominate American Glass Products Company to produce the entire glass package (Windshield, Front Doors, Rear Quarters and Tailgate) for a new model call manufactured by Lotus for their parent company in Malaysia.

AGP enters into a working Agreement with SURMET Corporation to market the sale of a new State-of-the-Art Bullet Resistant laminates that will revolutionize the armoring industry.
